In 2019 and 2020, we worked with Breakfast & Bowls on a strategic marketing project for MAISON CAILLER, namely the development of a range of souvenir products. * 1 cup soft dates

They are my absolute favorite wholesome cookies ever and the cookies you have remade the most from my feed 😍
Save the recipe!⁣
⁣
𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲 for 8-10 cookies⁣
* 1/2 cup (125ml) almond butter⁣
* 1 egg⁣
* 1 tsp coconut oil⁣
* 1/3 cup (80ml) coconut sugar⁣
* 1/4 cup (60ml) cocoa powder⁣
* 2 Tbsp coconut flour⁣
* 1/2 tsp baking soda⁣
* Pinch of sea salt⁣
* 1/3 cup (80ml) chopped dark chocolate⁣
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond butter, egg and coconut oil. Add all remaining ingredients (except the chocolate) and mix until combined. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.⁣
Scoop the cookies into round balls and place them on a parchment lined baking sheet leaving 5cm in between cookies. Add few chocolate chunks on top of each. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let rest on baking sheet for few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. You can sprinkle your cookies with more sea salt. ⁣

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲⁣
DOUGH⁣
* 180ml warm almond milk ⁣
*20g fresh yeast ⁣⁣(or 7g dry yeast)
* 50g coconut sugar⁣
* 2 eggs at room temperature⁣
* 60g vegan butter, melted⁣
* 440g gluten free bread flour⁣
* Pinch of salt⁣
FILLING⁣
* 60g unsalted butter, softened⁣
* 100g coconut sugar ⁣
* 2 tbsp ground cinnamon⁣
* 1 egg yolk⁣
Pour the « bath warm » milk to a bowl of a stand mixer and sprinkle yeast on top. Add in sugar, eggs, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Stir in flour and salt until a dough begins to form and knead dough on medium speed for 8 minutes Dough should form into a nice ball and be slightly sticky (if it's too sticky add in 2 tablespoons more bread flour). 
Transfer dough ball to a well-oiled bowl, cover with a warm towel and allow to rise for 1 hour to 1 ½ hours, or until doubled in size. Transfer dough to a well-floured surface and roll out into a rectangle. Spread softened butter over dough. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle mixture over the buttered dough. Tightly roll dough up and seal the edges. Cut into 2-3 cm sections with a serrated knife or floss. ⁣
Place cinnamon rolls in a 20x20cm baking pan or round cake pan covered with parchment paper. Cover with a towel and let rise again for 30-45 minutes. Preheat oven to 180° C. Remove the towel and brush the rolls with egg yolk. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until just slightly golden brown on the edges. ⁣

Recipe (for 2 serves)
BOWL
* 1/2 cup (120 ml) basmati rice
* 1 cup (240 ml) frozen edamame beans
* 2 small carrots, shredded
* 4 radishes, sliced
* 1/2 mango, diced
* 1/2 avocado, sliced
* Pickled ginger
Cook the rice according to the packaging instructions. Cook the edamame beans in a pan for 5-10 minutes. Serve the rice in 2 bowls, add the edamame, carrots, radishes, mango, avocado and ginger.
 
DRESSING
* 1/2 tsp green curry paste Thai Kitchen 
* 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut milk
* 1 tsp agave syrup
* Juice of half a lemon
* Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients to a jar and shake. Pour generously on the bowls. Sprinkle black sesame and enjoy!
